Publishers can now create custom handles for their link-in-bio pages, making URLs shorter, more memorable, and easier to share across platforms.
Previously, link-in-bio pages used auto-generated URLs with encoded account names and IDs. Now you can set a personalized handle that reflects your brand or publication name. For example, instead of sharing marfeel.bio/dailynews/12345/439253709502387, you can use marfeel.bio/dailynews.
Here’s how you can get started:
- Set a custom handle for each social account in your feed settings under the Link in Bio tab
- Check availability before saving to ensure your handle is unique across the platform
- Share cleaner URLs that are easier to remember and type on any platform
Custom handles follow a simple format: letters, numbers, underscores, and hyphens, up to 60 characters. Your original URLs continue to work, ensuring no disruption to existing links.
Whether you’re sharing in Instagram or TikTok bios branded handles make your link-in-bio pages more professional and easier for your audience to find.
Happy sharing!
