Experience Manager List: Search, Filter, Tag, and Customize

The Experience Manager list has been rebuilt for teams managing complex experience libraries. You can now search, filter by dozens of criteria, organize with tags, customize your table view, and take bulk actions, all from one screen.

Here’s how you can get started:

  • Search instantly. Type an experience name to jump directly to it. Search results integrate with the filter system, so you can refine broad searches with additional criteria.

  • Filter by what matters. Narrow by experience properties (name, tags, test groups, formats, layouts, dates, authors, priority, status) or targeting rules (domain, URL, country, device category, user type, content age, sections, topics, UTM parameters). Combine filters freely.

  • Organize with tags. Add multiple tags to any experience to group related items together: campaigns, teams, audience segments, content types. The platform shows which tags are in use and how often, helping you maintain consistent naming across your library.

  • Customize your columns. Toggle visibility for 12 columns including name, tags, test groups, category, format, layout, creation and update info, priority, and 24-hour statistics. Your preferences persist across sessions.

  • Act in bulk. Select multiple experiences to activate, deactivate, or archive them together. Select a single experience to clone it.

  • Share filtered views. All filters sync with the URL. Bookmark your most-used combinations or share specific views with team members.

Navigation has been simplified to work with filters instead of separate pages for each category. Sorting works on any visible column with clear visual indicators.

This update addresses direct feedback from teams coordinating content strategies across regional sites and running concurrent testing programs. Whether you manage a dozen experiences or hundreds, you now have the tools to find, organize, and act on them faster.

Happy organizing!
